很高興與大家分享由本會出版的𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 (𝙃𝙆𝙅𝙊𝙏) 影響力逐漸爬升,由美國科睿唯安公司旗下《期刊引證報告》(JCR)每年定期公布的JIF (期刊影響指數)升至1.6(截止2025年6月),於職業治療世界性同行業期刊之中位列第5,此亦是對HKJOT學術品質的持續認可。

We’re happy to share with you all that our peer-reviewed 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 (𝙃𝙆𝙅𝙊𝙏) has risen in its influence in the research field, with its Journal Impact Factor (JIF) rising to 1.6 as of June 2025 in the annual Journal Citation Reports (JCR) released by the Clarivate
. This score also reflects our 5th ranking among our peers – other occupational therapy journals around the globe, representing a continuous recognition to the journal intelligence of our HKJOT.
Hereby we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all dedicated researchers, and editors and experts panels of HKJOT. Your concerted efforts are indispensable in the continuous development of occupational therapy. We look forward to receiving more academic journals from you all! It is also hoped that HKJOT continues to expand its influence on the global research community. By visualising more research output, HKJOT targets at promoting the theory and practice in occupational therapy and facilitating documentation and communication among educators, researchers and practitioners.

Journal Impact Factor (JIF) is calculated by dividing the number of citations in a given year to articles published in the journal in the two preceding years by the total number of citable items (articles and reviews) published in those same two years. The higher the JIF of a journal is, the more citations the the journal have received and the stronger influence in the academic field it has.
